Today, there's thousands of people who sell courses online. What makes my course different is my unique approach to building the top 1% man. While obtaining my Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology, I worked full time in my field as an X-ray technician for a startup company who specializes in body composition analysis. I had access to our DXA machines which are considered the gold standard of body composition analysis. In having unlimited access to this technology, I rigorously tested different approaches to fat loss until one day, I discovered that I had lost 19 lbs of pure body fat (-5.8% BF). After my discovery, I developed protocols and wrote my first book ULK. As I fine-tuned my efforts, I went on to lose -9.8 lbs of fat (3.4% BF) while simultaneously gaining 3.5 lbs of muscle in only 30 days.
A few years later, the company notified me that I was in top 2% for losing the most visceral fat amongst hundreds of thousands of their clients.
What I discovered changed my life forever and I'm hoping to share that with the world. So what makes me different? My approach has nothing to do with personal opinion. I read research, test theories, apply them to my personal life, measure, gather data, and get results. I'm not your average health and fitness professional. As an established health and fitness professional, I specialize in working with in-person clients full time. In addition to my professional career, I'm a dedicated fitness enthusiast and spend my free time building my body. Just like the clients I work with, my spare time is extremely limited. I decided to condense what I've learned over the past 13 years into an easy-to-follow online course designed with busy professionals in mind.
Over time, I found that conventional coaching strategies don't always work for everyone. For these reasons, I created a self-paced course where my clients can learn on their own time and gradually make changes when they're ready. As technology continues to change the way we live our lives, it's important that we learn to adapt with the it so we can use it effectively to our advantage. Humans have evolved and adapted for thousands of years; however, our biology remains mostly the same. In my experience, most people have lost touch with the ancestral ways of living. My course will guide you back to how we were evolutionarily designed to thrive. It's all about having the right mindset, proper nutrition, some movement, and adequate recovery.
